  1. 250g butter, softened
  2. 1/3 cup raw caster sugar

  4. 2 cups plain flour
  5. 1/2 cup rice flour

  8. 200g block milk chocolate, chopped
  9. 1/3 cup thickened cream
  10. 1 teaspoon peppermint essence
