- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g white chocolate
The instruction how to make Chocolate mice
- Melt dark chocolate in a bowl exceeding a pan of simmering water (dont let bowl touch water), later set aside to cool slightly. Repeat with white chocolate.
- Spoon dark chocolate into half the moulds and white chocolate into the others. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour or until set beforehand removing from moulds. Decorate as desired, later serve.
