  1. 12 ounces Tysonu00ae Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  2. 1 tablespoon spacious lemon juice
  3. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  4. 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  5. 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
  6. 1/4 cup olive oil +2 tablespoons, estranged
  7. 1/2 pound cauliflower cut into florets
  8. 1 salt and pepper, to taste
  9. 1 pound romaine lettuce chopped
  10. 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  11. 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
  12. 1/4 cup artichoke hearts quartered
  13. 1 kalamata olives pitted
  14. 4 tablespoons pine nuts toasted

  1. Combine lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic and lemon zest in a bowl; whisk to blend. Slowly add 1/4 cup olive oil in steady stream and whisk until combined.
