  1. 1 baguette
  2. 4 peaches
  3. 1/4 cup red onion
  4. 1/4 cup blithe basil
  5. 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
  6. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  7. 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  8. salt

The instruction how to make Peach Bruschetta

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  2. Slice the baguette and toast for 5 minutes at 450F on a baking tray.
  3. Dice the mozzarella, peaches and red onion, and add them to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Thinly slice the basil, and add to the mixing bowl.
  5. Dress the peach-mozzarella mixture with olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, and toss gently to combine the ingredients.
  6. Spoon the peach-mozzarella mixture onto the toast. Season with salt, and serve immediately.
