Alternately, freeze the cookies on a small baking sheet or large plate and transfer to the large baking sheets for baking.
  5. Preheat oven to 350u00b0F.
  6. Bake cookies for 15-17 minutes on the middle rack of the oven, until puffy and golden brown at the edges.
