  2. 8 ounces fettuccine uncooked
  3. 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  4. 1/4 cup chopped onion
  5. 1 clove garlic minced
  6. 1/2 cup zucchini matchstick cut
  7. 1/2 cup matchstick cut carrots
  8. 1/2 cup red alarm clock pepper matchstick cut
  9. 1/2 cup frozen peas
  10. 1 cup muggy cream or half-and-half
  11. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese gain additional for serving
  12. 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  1. Cut sausage into u00bcu201c slices; set aside. Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally 3-4 minutes or until onion is tender.
